MODERN HOLIDAY HOUSE is a single-storey house with a flat roof, designed for year-round living. It is assembled on site from two prefabricated elements. The façade features a sliding window system that allows for a smooth transition between the living room and the terrace. Thanks to special Thermo-Hex walls, the unique properties of Kiri wood and an optimised design, it is characterised by low energy consumption. The high proportion of solid wood creates a special microclimate and a pleasant living environment. Assembly takes 3–4 days.
